I’ve led the design team at XP Health — a B2B2C vision benefits platform focused on simplifying access to high-quality vision care.
My team is responsible for product development with a focus towards user research, prototyping, and user testing.
As the founding product designer, I’ve built the member-facing web and mobile experiences from the ground up — combining e-commerce, care navigation, AI, and augmented reality — in addition to client-facing materials and tooling to support plan-specific configurations.
Overall, this has led to over $8M in ARR, 80k active members, 70+ NPS, and successful Series A and B funding rounds
